Seasprite Close was located in the Northolt Area under the London Borough of Ealing. The scheme consisted of 3 Blocks. The two main blocks ranged from 4 to 8 stories and had a combined total of 73 flats.

The third block had a row of 8 townhouses and a residential extra care block of 11 apartments.

Emersons undertook the design from Stage 3 onwards as well as the installation.

The project consisted of:

• Lighting and Power to all the dwellings
• Lighting and Power to all Communal areas
• Warden Call System to the extra care block
• External Lighting
• Access Control and Door Entry
• Fire Alarm
• TV, Data, and fibre installation to each apartment
• Fit out of communal entertainment space
